FIC ’20

FCIA is taking a proactive approach to the COVID-19 pandemic.  In conjunction with the Hyatt Regency Hill Country, FIC ’20 will follow the current guidelines and restrictions in place as determined by the CDC and the Executive Orders issued by Governor Greg Abbott for the State of Texas.  All FIC ’20 attendees and visitors to the Hyatt Regency Hill Country will be required to adhere to the following:

• Facial coverings are required for all gatherings indoors, including meetings and event spaces, restaurants and bars, and in all public areas, including foyers, restrooms, and fitness centers.
• Facial coverings are required while entering or exiting or moving around the meeting space.
• Facial coverings are required whenever hotel staff is present and within six feet of hotel guests and FIC ’20 attendees.
• Facial coverings are required when visiting a water, beverage, or food station.
• Some guests may be exempt from this requirement, including but not limited to people with medical conditions, consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of two years.
• All guests must follow posted social distancing guidelines in indoor and outdoor public spaces.

Additionally, FIC ’20 attendees will answer pre-screening questions daily before entering the meeting space.  We ask that if you have traveled internationally, have had a positive COVID-19 test, have experienced COVID-like symptoms, or have come in contact with someone who has or may have COVID-19 within the fourteen days preceeding the Conference, that you attend FIC ’20 as a virtual attendee.
